FACTORING

Factoring represents an efficient form of obtaining liquidity through the sale or assignment of invoices or other form of accounts receivable.

The seller assigns to the buyer its accounts receivables against a cash advance, converting in this way a future collection in immediate liquidity for working capital.

On a case by case basis, we can buy from foreign exporters drafts, promissory notes and other form of debt owed by local companies.

PROCEDURE
   -  Customer provides basic and financial information to Ecuadescuento
   -  Ecuadescuento performs financial analysis and confirms line amount assigned
   -  Customer signs Contract
   -  Customer delivers accounts receivable to be discounted
   -  Customer receives advance
